卧式电除器q泛应用于电力、冶金、化工、徏材、轻工等工业废气的净化和有用物质的回收。WDJpd电除器是以静电净化法来收捕废气中的粉。它的净化工作主要依靠电晕极和沉淀极这两个pȝ来完成。此外电除尘器还包括两极的振打清灰机构,气体均布装置、排达装|以及壳体等部分?/span>

四﹑WDJ 型系列电除尘器的工作原理
WDJ型电除尘器的除尘原理为:当含气体从q气进入电除尘器,在负?又称为电晕极)和正?又称为沉淀?之间形成的高压电Z通过Ӟ使尘(?气发生电,而生成许多正d和电子,正离子被负极吸引向负极移动,电子带负电向正极UdQ电子在UdӞ到气中的粒Q便U附在尘_上Qɞ粒亦带负电跟着电子一起向正极UdQ尘_到达正极后Q将负电荷交l正极而本n成ؓ中性微_附着在正极上Q附着在正极上的尘_,l振打落入灰斗,由排灰装|排出回Ӟ被净化的气体排入大气Q从而完成了粒与气体分ȝ目的.
q里需指出Q电压越高,电场强度p高,d的运动速度也越快,d的运动,在极间Ş成了甉|Q当电压开至一定数值后Q电晕极周围产生甉|现象Q周围尘气电,如果q一步提高电压,气늦的范围逐渐扩大Q最后极间尘气全部电,q种现象q为电场击I?电场ȝӞ发生火花攄Q电路短路,电除器工作停止.Z证电除尘器正常运行,甉|的范围一般应局限于甉|极附q,让大多数粒在电晕外区通过Q获得负电荷Q最后沉U在x板上Q达到除目的?/span>
